Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be challenged to develop great design for complex multi-faceted projects. Bring your great project skills to support important national defense missions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and modifying design for mechanical service equipment including HVAC, pumps, piping, plumbing, and material handling systems
Coordinate with other disciplines to solve issues and support field activities.
Vendor interface and coordination and submittal reviews/approvals.
Support client staff.
Construction activities support.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and at least years of related work experience.
5 years experience with utility systems: steam, chilled water, sanitary, plumbing, fluid and heat transfer systems.
5 years commercial/industrial HVAC systems design
Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is highly desirable.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Professional Engineer registration may be required.
REVIT and 3D modeling experience a plus.
Specialty engineering software experience a plus.
Field/construction engineering experience a plus.

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
